TokenFella is a storefront operated by Boar Games S.C., Polish tax identification number PL6322041982, at al. Piłsudskiego 30/49, 43-600 Jaworzno, Poland. Contact: hello.boargames@gmail.com. Orders placed on Etsy are governed by the terms displayed for those Etsy orders.

Products

We sell physical custom card products. Read the individual listing for the contents, number of cards, materials, finish, intended use and delivery information. Cards described as unofficial proxies are intended for casual play and are not official tournament-legal cards. Screen colours can differ from printed colours, but the delivered product must match its description. Some artwork is created with AI tools and then edited and assembled into our card layouts.

Ordering and payment

Check the items, delivery address, currency and total before paying. Prices, shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are displayed before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. An automated order receipt acknowledges your order; it does not remove your cancellation or refund rights. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unavailable items and associated shipping. We will not substitute products or charge a corrected price without your agreement.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping policy and Returns, refunds and cancellations policy form part of these terms. This website currently serves the United States. Our Etsy shops offer worldwide delivery subject to each listiOur TokenFella Etsy shop offersnations. We remain your point of contact for orders fulfilled by a third-party printer. Printing to order does not itself remove the return rights offered in our return policy.

Website use

Do not use the website fraudulently, interfere with its security or submit unlawful material. You must be able to enter a purchase contract under the law applicable to you; a parent or guardian must make a purchase where required. Keep any account credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.

Intellectual property

Rights in website content remain with their respective rights holders. A purchase does not transfer intellectual property rights or permission to reproduce or resell copies of a design. Third-party names are used to identify the relevant product or compatibility where appropriate; they do not indicate sponsorship or endorsement.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how customer data is processed. Necessary order communications are separate from optional marketing subscriptions.

Problems and applicable law

Contact hello.boargames@gmail.com about an order or complaint. Give your order number and enough information for us to investigate. We will respond and arrange any remedy required by applicable law. These terms are governed by Polish law to the extent permitted by applicable law; choosing Polish law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that apply to their purchase. No clause excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits a mandatory consumer right.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms available when you place an order apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. Updates do not remove accrued rights.
