Refund policy

14-day returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order. If the final day falls on a weekend or applicable public holiday, the deadline extends to the next working day. Please email hello.boargames@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return.

Please return items in the condition in which you received them, without damage caused by use, and include their packaging where possible. This condition does not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived defective, damaged or incorrect. Standard products are not excluded from returns simply because they were printed after you ordered.

Return shipping

We provide free return shipping for accepted returns and do not charge a restocking fee. Contact us for the return instructions and the correct return address before sending anything back. Do not send a return to the printer or to the parcel's sender address without our instructions.

Cancellations

We accept cancellation requests while an order remains unfulfilled. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and refund the cancelled items and any shipping charge attributable to them. Once an order has shipped, the return process applies instead. If an order cannot be dispatched on time, the cancellation and refund options in our shipping policy also apply.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items

Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number, a description and photographs of the item and packaging where possible. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy under applicable law. We cover any necessary return shipping for a product that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. The voluntary 14-day return window does not replace any mandatory rights you have for faulty goods or non-delivery.

Refunds

For an accepted ordinary return, we refund the price paid for the returned items to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return unless required by applicable law. For a full cancellation before dispatch or a full-order refund for non-delivery, we refund the order payment, including the shipping charge.

We aim to process approved return refunds within 14 days after receiving and checking the returned items, subject to any earlier deadline required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund. Where the law requires a refund without a return, that requirement takes priority.

Exchanges

Contact us if you would like a different product. We will explain whether an exchange or a return followed by a new order is available. We do not charge a restocking fee.
