Who we are

Data we process

We process contact and delivery details, order contents and history, payment status and transaction information, customer-service messages, account information if you create an account, marketing preferences and technical information such as IP address, browser, device identifiers and website interactions. Payment providers process payment credentials through their payment services; the information available to us depends on the provider. We do not ask you to email full payment-card details.

Data comes from you, your use of the website, Shopify, payment providers and service partners involved in your order. Required checkout fields are needed to complete a purchase; without the required delivery or payment information we may be unable to fulfil an order. Optional marketing is not a condition of purchasing.

Purposes and legal bases

Where GDPR applies, order handling, delivery and customer support needed for your purchase rely on performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). Accounting, tax and other legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Fraud prevention, security and handling legal claims rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), taking account of your rights. Where consent is required for optional marketing or non-essential tracking, we rely on Article 6(1)(a), and you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We do not use consent as the legal basis for essential order fulfilment.

Recipients and Shopify

Data needed to operate the store may be shared with Shopify, payment providers, production and fulfilment partners, carriers, accounting advisers and authorities where legally required. For QPMN-fulfilled orders, the necessary order and delivery data is provided to QPMN and its fulfilment partners so that the product can be printed, shipped and tracked. We remain your contact for order support.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify may use customer information together with information from other merchants to improve services, personalise experiences and support relevant advertising, in accordance with its own privacy information and applicable choices. See Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify's privacy portal. Shopify also acts independently for certain processing described in its policy.

Cookies, marketing and choices

Shopify and service providers use cookies and similar technologies for store functions, security and, where applicable, analytics and personalisation. Available choices depend on your location and applicable law. Use the cookie controls when displayed. You can also use our data-sharing opt-out page where applicable. Global Privacy Control signals are handled through the applicable Shopify privacy settings. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option; opting out does not stop essential messages about an order.

International transfers

For orders fulfilled through QPMN, we share the order details and delivery information needed to print and ship your products with QPMN and relevant delivery providers. This may involve processing personal data outside the European Economic Area, including in Hong Kong and China. Other service providers, including Shopify and payment providers, may also process data internationally as described in their privacy information. Retention and security

We keep order and accounting records for the statutory retention periods and keep other data only as long as needed for its stated purpose, including order support, fraud prevention and legal claims. Marketing preferences are retained as needed to honour your choices, including suppression of unwanted messages. Account data is kept while needed to provide the account, subject to legal retention duties. We use appropriate safeguards; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Some data must be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve claims. We may need reasonable identity verification to protect your information. We will answer within the applicable legal timeframe.

US residents may have additional rights under applicable state laws, including access, deletion, correction and opting out of certain sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Use the opt-out page or email us. Where applicable, you may use an authorised agent or appeal a decision by contacting us. We do not discriminate against you for exercising rights.

You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including Poland's President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). See uodo.gov.pl.

Children and external links

The store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Contact us if a child has submitted data so we can investigate. External websites, including Etsy and Discord, have their own privacy policies.
