Delivery destinations

This website currently accepts orders for delivery to the United States. The available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. We plan to add more countries over time.

Our TokenFella Etsy shop offers worldwide shipping, subject to the destinations available for eacFor international orders, visit TokenFella on Etsy.ll on Etsy. Etsy orders use the shipping terms displayed on Etsy.

Production and dispatch

Our physical card products may be printed to order and fulfilled by our production partner, QPMN, from China or Hong Kong. Printing takes place before shipping. Production time and transit time are separate.

Please review the production and delivery information on the product page and at checkout before placing an order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Holidays, customs checks and carrier disruptions can affect delivery.

If we cannot dispatch within the timeframe stated before purchase, or within 30 days where no dispatch timeframe was stated, we will notify you and give you the choice of agreeing to the delay or cancelling for a full refund of the unshipped order. If you do not agree to a delay, we will handle cancellation and refund in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping costs, taxes and import charges

Available shipping rates are displayed at checkout before you pay. Free shipping applies only when expressly offered for your order.

Import arrangements depend on the shipping service used. Any import duties or customs handling charges that you must pay will be disclosed before payment. Duties are included only where the offer expressly states this. Any applicable sales tax is separate from shipping and customs duties and is shown at checkout when collected.

Address restrictions

QPMN does not currently support PO boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or delivery to Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands or the US Virgin Islands under its published shipping terms. Please contact us before ordering if your address may be affected. The availability of a checkout option does not override carrier restrictions; if an order cannot be shipped, we will contact you to resolve it or issue a refund.

Tracking and delivery issues

We send tracking information when your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after handover to the carrier. If an order is missing, damaged or appears to have been delivered incorrectly, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. You do not need to contact the printer yourself.

Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us immediately if you spot an error; we will try to correct it before dispatch. We will explain any available options and additional costs before agreeing to a change or reshipment.
